At Cloudstaff, LEARNING AND CONNECTION go hand in hand. Staff-run Cloudstaff Clubs get monthly budgets and can use facilities like the Sky Club to pursue shared interests. On MS Teams, XP Channels offer expert support across various topics, while AX Channels focus on AI education—helping you future-proof your skills and career.

Lloyd Ernst - CEO Founder of Cloudstaff
Third Rodeo - This is Lloyd’s 3rd successful business. He started and grew - Brisbane ISP Powerup, then global hosting company WebCentral.com and now Cloudstaff.
Hands on (in a good way) - Lloyd doesn’t hide behind a desk he attends the local events and walks the floor and meets the staff. When your client is visiting, you probably have dinner with him at his house. He lives locally not in a glass tower in Singapore, Sydney or New York.
You’ll meet him at the NHI - Pretty much every person who has attended the Cloudstaff new hire induction has met Lloyd. Lloyd makes a concerted effort every Tuesday to join and welcome everyone joining Cloudstaff.
Don’t call him Boss - It’s Lloyd or if you really must Mr Ernst, but seriously Lloyd is fine.
Never Missed a Payroll. Over the past 15 years Cloudstaff has never missed a payroll. Lloyd knows how important this is to staff and their families.
Chief Karaoke Office. He “thinks” he is very good at Karaoke - best to agree with him on this one.

Flexible Benefits
Cloudstaff’s Flexible Benefits program lets you customise your health benefits to match your lifestyle. For example, if your partner’s employer already provides your primary HMO, you can reallocate your Cloudstaff HMO entitlement to other health or lifestyle-related benefits that better suit your needs.
Each Cloudstaffer receives a monthly credit allowance to spend on eligible benefits, with some customers offering additional credits as a reward. If you need more, you also have the option to boost your credits through salary sacrifice.

Cloudstaff 2025 Year in Review
Global Growth, Community Impact & 15 Years Strong
In 2025, Cloudstaff expanded to Kenya, opened offices in Colombia and the Philippines, and celebrated 15 years in the Philippines. We earned international awards for our culture and innovation in virtual staffing, reaching milestones like our 100th Colombian staff member and our one millionth CS Job System candidate. From major celebrations to disaster relief efforts, we demonstrated our commitment to growth and community support.
HaROARween 2025: A Spooktacular Success!
Cloudstaffers and their mini monsters came out in full force, rocking the most creative, creepy, and downright adorable costumes we’ve ever seen. The creativity was definitely off the charts!
We danced to spooky beats, devoured way too much candy (no tricks, just treats!), and shared laughs that could wake the dead. The kids stole the show with their cuteness! Until next year, keep the spooky vibes alive and the candy stash stocked!
