Built on a Belief That

Cloudstaff was founded in 2005 by Lloyd Ernst, an Australian technology entrepreneur who had already seen what the outsourcing industry could become at its worst, and chose to build something different from day one. The company's early focus on software development for Western markets evolved into a global virtual staffing business, expanding into the Philippines in 2010 starting with a team of seven. 

What drove that growth wasn't a formula. It was a commitment: that the people doing the work deserve the same investment as the outcomes they create. That belief shaped every decision since, from how offices are designed, to how careers are developed, to how the community is sustained. Today, Cloudstaff operates across 20 delivery centers in the Philippines, India, Colombia, and Kenya, with more than 7,000 Cloudstaffers contributing to businesses across the US, Australia, APAC, and the UK.

Her dedication was highlighted in 2023 when she was a finalist for HR Person of the Year at the International Investors in People Awards. As Cloudstaff’s Head of HR, she aligns people strategies with business goals to drive employee well-being, support company growth, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Geraldina Sanchez

Finance Director

Geraldina has over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry. She was part of the founding team for the Philippines-based CCT Group, working with notable accounts such as Sprint, AT&T, and Citibank. She is highly experienced in the implementation and certification of PCI and has worked for tier-one financial institutions in the field of audit/public and private accounting. Geraldina is responsible for the global finance team, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
